How much do your services cost?

Due to the diverse nature of the work it is difficult to specify a set rate. Please contact us for a specialised quote. We will also endeavour to beat any competitors quotes.

What services do you offer?

Are you a franchise company?

No. Melbourne Handyman Service is a family owned and operated business established in 2013. You will always deal with us directly, not some contractor/franchisee who is impossible to contact if something goes wrong!

When are you available?

Our team is available from Monday to Friday. Some services are generally available the same day. We are more than happy to work around your schedule at a time that best suits you.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully covered by Public Liability Insurance.

Do you offer any guarantee?
Yes, for repairs, we offer a 12 Month guarantee. In the event there is any issues with work undertaken, we will fix it free of charge within 12 months from the date of invoice.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
Yes. Our handyman services are charged with a minimum of 2 hours, which includes call-out, labour and initial assessment.
Do you provide free quotes?
Yes, we offer free quotes for handyman services in Melbourne. Larger or more complex jobs may require an on-site inspection before pricing is confirmed.
Can you handle small jobs?
Yes. No job is too small. We specialise in small repairs, installations and general property maintenance that other trades often won’t take on.
Do you work with property managers and landlords?
Yes. We provide reliable handyman and property maintenance services for property managers, landlords and real estate agencies across Melbourne.
What areas do you service?
We service Metro Melbourne and surrounding suburbs.
Do you supply materials, or do I need to provide them?
We can supply materials if required, or you’re welcome to provide your own. This is discussed during the quoting process.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Availability varies depending on demand. Same-day handyman services may be available, while other jobs may require advance booking.
Can you coordinate with licensed trades if required?
Yes. If a job requires licensed electrical, plumbing or other specialist trades, we can help coordinate this as part of the project.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card and bank transfer.
What happens if the quote changes after inspection?
If additional work is identified once the job is inspected in person, we’ll discuss any changes with you before proceeding. No extra work is carried out without your approval.
